Weanlings attracted the most attention, closely followed by stores, which are still very much in demand. The top priced heifer was a well-made 860kg Limousin (pictured), which made £3,070, 357p/kg.

The highest price per kg of 448p was paid for a 470kg heifer at £2,110.

The top priced steer fetched £2,930, 404p/kg for a 725kg Limousin, with the top price per kg of 425p paid for a 515kg animal at £2,190.

Young bulls under 16 months sold to £2,340 for 605kg at 386p/kg. Weanlings peaked at 544p/kg for a 250kg animal which made £1,360.

Fat cows sold to 325p/kg for a 575kg Belgian Blue at £1,870, while an 800kg Limousin bull made £2,720, 340p/kg.

This Limousin heifer, born 12 November 2024, weighed 320kg and sold for £1,380, 431p/kg.

This September 2024-born Salers heifer weighed 360kg and sold for £1,750, 486p/kg.

This May 2023 Charolais heifer weighed 625kg and sold for £2,240, 358p/kg.

This Salers heifer, born May 2023, weighed 565kg and sold for £1,980, 350p/kg.

This April 2023-born Belgian Blue heifer weighed 605kg and sold for £2,340, 386p/kg.

This June 2023-born Charolais steer weighed 630kg and sold for £2,430, 385p/kg.
