On this week's Young Stock Podcast, we chat with young business owner Ben Dunford from Dungarvan, Co Wexford.

Ben specialises in tractor and machinery repairs as well as mobile tractor tuning and diagnostics covering all parts of the country. Alongside that, many will know Ben from his TikTok channel ‘BD Agri & Plant’ which now exceeds 12,000 followers.

During our chat, Ben discusses everything from serving his time as an apprentice, setting up his own business at the age of 22, as well as the importance of having a social media presence when growing a business and the challenges and opportunities that have since followed.

Ben also discusses the importance of correctly maintaining modern machines, as well as his plans for the future.
