Maria Moynihan is features editor with Irish Country Living. A graduate of Dublin City University, she has worked with the Irish Farmers Journal since 2005. A native of Tralee, Co Kerry, she previously worked with The Kerryman and won the EU Young Irish Journalist award in 2006. Maria is constantly on the look-out for inspiring stories from rural Ireland, be it business, food, fashion, travel or family issues. She is also a contributor and columnist with Irish Country Magazine. Outside of work, she is chair of Kerry’s Slowcial Cycling Club and enjoys travelling and attempting to be a domestic goddess; with limited success.
